Went to Multichoice Raslouw Wednesday to drop off sneakers 👟 that had were splitting at the sole. I expressed the importance of these sneakers staying intact because they were my daughters. They wanted upfront payment for next day collection. Saturday (1st wear) they has completely split even worse than before. I took this them back with the little time i had Monday to request a refund but they refused. They also couldn't show me their refund policy as I gave them my receipt. They said I must contact their boss who doesn't respond to calls or messages. Poor service indeed. I want my money back!
Quick to debit but never to refund. I followed up on a refund for almost 3 months. I finally received an SMS that says they are processing the refund. The consultant said it could 48 hours to reflect into Onecard (It has been a week). Suddenly they are claiming that it wasn't loaded and offer to load it manually quoting open transactions that came after the fact. If you are not looking to be ******ed or de*****ed and frustrated. Please choose other more honest insurer. You will die waiting for help.
Good Day<br> <br> I received a bill with a ridiculous amount of R6500 which I immediately queried. I recieved confirmation that it was an error and all was well. Some time after is amount was appearing in my bills again. I thereafter call the Client Services Centre for a proof of expenditure which they promised to forward to my email which I failed to receive a month later. I sent numerous mails to Client Services and Priorities where they would acknowledge receipt and then close my query without any communication. It is almost a year later and I am still querying monthly and recntly discover that I am handed over to some VVM company (0110844080) who since promised to provide me with this proof 8 March 2016 without and avail. <br> <br> I failed to get a student loan due to Autopage 'sdisservice and failure to provide clients with information. I am still paying monthly as I o still have a contract with them even if they have cut me off. How much longer must I wait while paying a service im not receiving while relaxed staff ignore our pleas.<br> <br> I have a right to a good name and it is being violated by Altech. Please help as I need a lawyer to perhaps intervene so I can compel the to be transparent.
Good Day<br> <br> I would like to firstly congratulate and thank Woolworths Mafikeng on their new revamp/expansion. On my previous survey I requested variety and I see a change in that direction.<br> <br> However it is due to the amazing service I receive from that staff that I keep going back. Particularly a gentleman whose name I did not ask (unfortunately) on that day who left the tower of drinks he was unpacking to ensure I had help at the hot food section, came again to ask if all is well, got me trolley checked what I was buying and informed me of the great specials I immediately took advantage of. Thanks to him I went from purchasing meat and shield, to spending up to R800 in random goods.<br> <br> Thanks Guys, very refreshing.<br> <br> <br> <br>
I religiously paid my account via debt order because I lived in a remote area- with no issues. I went to change my banking details and received an sms with a reference number confirming that this is done. Month end there was debt and I phoned in to alert the with the reference number. They asked for the account number again luckily I had my Capitec card and could give it to them again. They assured me they would would debt 19 December but I told them that I would be only paid 21 December so they could debt then. Again no debt so waited for month end. January 27 I get an sms saying that my debt has been rejected and I told them that my debt date was 28th and this has never changed since joined African Bank and they said it would debt the following day- Then nothing. <br> I reported this to the relevant departments and eventually to consumer advocate's office as was not getting any help. Meanwhile the interest increasing and my name diminishing. As soon as African Bank had a easy pay option I sent someone to go and paywho lived close to a town while I waited for the interest issues to be resolved so my account can go back to debit order till now.<br> I have requested to settle but nothing
