I purchased Side Steps Online (ORDER #3995) from EveRevo4X4, a week later I inquired about my order and I was informed they don't have stock and I will need to wait 2 weeks for stock to arrive. I was willing to wait 2 weeks and asked them to keep me Updated. Two weeks passed and I followed up again on the progress of my order, they were unable to get stock and I then took the option for a Refund and provided my banking details.... its been another thow weeks and after numerous emails, WhatsApps , Calls. I am told they are waiting for their accounts manager to process the refund. I am still waiting .... !
<p>I requested Afrihost to upgrade my Mobile 500 Package to Mobile S. The Agent Mentioned I will need to cancel the Mobile 500 Package and then select the new Package on the 1st June, I agreed and Cancelled the Package only to upgrade in the 1st.</p> <p>2 Days After I cancelled the Package using the app I received a mail and Invoice that my Package have been moved to Mobile XS without my consent. Afrihost is charging me for changes I have not approved and they made a mess of my Mobile data... during this time I requested Afrihost via Phone to please remove the Mobile XS package and Move it Back to Mobile 500 or to Mobile S. The Agent mentioned they can upgrade my Package to Mobile S immediately and I agreed to this, But now Afrihost made a another mess, my Mobile Data that comes with the Packages have not been activated ... I really don’t think the Support or Dev Team Know what they are doing... they are just making stuff worse. Please just sort out my account without causing new issues… Small Mistakes like these will let you loose Client</p>
