Laurentina Harties Management. On Saturday 17th October 2020 at we ordered your 12 x Queen Prawn’s combo with rice as well ordered an additional Greek Salad. The salad was fresh which we enjoyed. The Queen Prawns we ordered looked fine although did not taste as fresh enjoyed elsewhere, but instead we finished the prawns served to us under impression it was freshly fried. On Sunday, 18th of October 2020, the lady started experiencing a high fever with running stomach. On Monday it felt that she was going to dy. You are free to call her yourself...079 493 8954(Eunice May). After taking medication she only felt better yesterday, 20th October 2020. On the early hours of the 19th October 2020, I experienced exactly the same symptoms, high fever, serious running stomach and scamps whole morning and day. The Chemists at Dischem Krugersdorp prescribed me strong Imodium’s & Gen-Payne and to drink sufficient Energade! I only started to felt better on the morning of 21 October 2020. I am deeply disappointed in the quality of Laurentia Harties Prawns and will never even try any of the other branches not suggest to friends. I don’t come to a restaurant and spend a few hundred of rands with the intention to enjoy prawns which after wards makes us seriously ill. This is totally unacceptable. If I ever visit any of the Laurentia branches are questionable!! I will gladly forward you my receipt op payment on Saterday, 17 October 2020 to verify our presence at Laurentina Harties. On the 22 Aug 2017 my company purchased R16 256-40 containers for the first time from Ankot Plastics with the understanding that their containers went through a Quality Check process prior purchasing the containers. However this week we started using their 20l Blue Ribb Containers + tap and found out of two bags two containers leaking on the bottom of the containers. Today, 19 Sept 2017 I contacted their offices and reported the leaking containers with a lady after calling ********** 280. I explained to her the problem with the containers. She took my contact no as well address and told she will come back to me. At 10h52 the owner of Ankot called me asking me to explain the problem of which I did. He asked me to send him a pic after which I told him that’s not going to resolve the issue, but that he must send me a technician out who moulds the containers to my place as I am not going through all the containers and perform quality checks as I do not buy defaulted containers. He then screamed at me and told me who the F&&& am I and do I know to whom I am F&&& talking to and told me to F&&&F and I can do what I want...his name I assume was Mohammed the owner of Ankot Plastics. I was so shocked and insulted by Mohammed that I had neither further words nor what to say. He then slammed the phone in my ear....wow I never ever experienced such a scenario, insult nor been swore by anybody during my 54 years. At 11h40 I called Ankot again and asked to speak to a rational person in the company who I can communicate like a normal human being who have respect for not even him but to clients. They put me through to another man who we as normal human beings could discuss the issues and at the same time, explained him what bad respect and treatment I experienced from Ankot Plastics owner named Mohammed. The person listened and took my details and informed me he will follow up with the problem and come back to me. Well, Mohammed people like you don’t deserve nor earn any respect from your staff nor your clients. You are a disgrace for your own company...period. Is this how you lead your staff and business......by example!!!
<p>Hallo Tommie,</p> <p><br />Vendors Complaint!!<br /> I am writing this on behalf of myself and I know that all the owners of the Vendor's who supported & attended your Bike Expo 2016 on 02 Sept - 04 Sept 2016 are totally in agreement. We discussed this on Saturday and I am sorry to say that this was one of the WORST Expo's I/we have ever attended and will definitely never attend nor support any expos planned by your organization in the near future. Firstly all stall owners were promised that many bike clubs and thousands of people would attend the Bike Expo 2016. We counted roughly about 80-100 bikes in total for the duration of the expo with a few cars here and there. Computicket estimated not even 150 tickets sold. It was also stated that a club from Cape Town left on Thursday the 01 Sept and will join the Expo on the Saturday, well we still waiting for the club. We are still trying to determine if this was a Bike Expo, Food Expo, Bike & Food Festival...etc as there was NO bikes on display as expected, but except the Harley's of which I can recall. Car in the Park had over 4000 cars on display as that's what the CAR EXPO are all about. It attracted over 40 000 people in one day!!! Now surely the aim of the so called Bike Expo 2016 is to display hundreds of different Bike's, but once again no bikes were on site. Even the few visitors who attended asked us where the bikes were of which we could not comment. The stall owners mostly supporting each other due to no people attending the Bike Expo 2016. On Saturday afternoon the majority of the Stall owners just packed up..they were fedup due to false promises. The place looked like a skeleton coast afterwards. To tell the truth all Stall owners lost thousands of rands and nobodyrecovered even their stall costs they paid not even mentioning about the cost of their stock. Also there seems to be different rates charged for food stalls which came with a shock when the stall owners discussion the situation duration of the Bike Expo 2016 on the weekend. Bike Expo 2016 Management must remember we all do weekly & weekends markets/expos/festivals and with the understanding that BIKE EXPO 2016 could be good expo they gave up other good expos/festivals...etc instead. The festivals that "boomed" last weekend were the Aarbeifees, Varkfees, Gariepfees..etc and many more also held on the 02 Sept - 04 Sept. We were mislead and expectations thrown in front of the Stall owners that the BIKE EXPO 2016 will be great especially being held on an extreme racetrack with all the clubs, music stage...etc. </p> <p>I personally demand that BIKE EXPO 2016 Management need to refund each and every of the vendors for the costs they paid for the stall space...etc as well their total losses & petrol expenses..period! Many of the vendors are dependent on markets/expos/festivals for a living. Personally BIKE EXPO 2016 was 'n total loss and waste of time period. I hope management understands my/our concerns as well my constructive feedback and you as a Management team should do the right thing to refund all the vendors without any doubts or excuses. Sorry I would luv to give positive feedback but I have unfortunately nothing good to say about the management team, organizers & marketing of the BIKE EXPO 2016. I just want to mention that there was more mobile toilets than people who attended and if you go onto social network your BIKE EXPO 2016 got very bad publicity and comments. Lastly and I think the most important about all was that certain members of the BIKE EXPO 2016 was drunk on Saturday afternoon & evening and that's a very bitter taste in any decent Organizers mouth. How can Stall owners and the public respect organizers behaving like that...sorry its unacceptable.</p> <p><br />Awaiting a prompt reply from the BIKE EXPO 2016.</p>
