WDP/COLL/IH1189 There was a balance of 685.02 when the summons was issued and to that, fees was added. I must say that I am surprised that you would issue a summons for an outstanding amount of R685.05 when you have already been told that the person is unemployed. By doing so you have assisted in putting him in a worse position as he must now pay R1595.61 (statement date 30/10/2024). I have offered to pay R300 per month starting last month – attached proof of payment. I have also asked for an updated statement on the 05 November 2024 which I have not received. The person is unemployed and maybe you would like to incur more costs by investigating this?? He therefore cannot afford to pay you. He lives with me and has nothing of value that you can attach. I, his mother who is a pensioner can offer to pay you R300 per month which I have since started paying. I must just add that I am not legally liable to pay this but just offering my assistance. You may accept this or wait until he finds employment which can take time taking the unemployment rate into account. I am just adding, again that if he only owes R685.05 why are you issuing a summons for R3124.44 which was the original amount owed before he made many payments.
Actually this should be a minus rating. I took my car into Open Umhlanga on the 5 December 2022 as the engine warning light came on. It took them almost 2 days to get the results from diagnostics It took them another 3 days to let me have the report. The insurance company approved the claim after requesting the report from them. Opel then ordered the part on the 14th December after 2 weeks of back and forth. Today only they tell me that the manufacture in France has not yet invoiced them and only after receipt of the invoice and payment will estimated time of arrival be 21 days thereafter. I am from Johannesburg and was only holiday in Durban when this happened. I cannot get home to work as I am stuck here. I am will now have to take unpaid leave until the part arrives perhaps 21days from now and then add on days to repair. I was told I will be given a courtesy vehicle and therafter told I needed to pay R2200 fuel levy. I did not budget for this. I was then told this is not their problem! I am 60 years old and have been a loyal customer to Opel. This being my 2nd Opel. THIS IS REAL SHODDY SERVICE TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER. They tell me they can't do anything about it as it is now with France!!!
They are debiting my account and not paying my creditors. I am far worse off now than I've been before. I don't even have money for food
Debt erasor cannot or does not want to provide proof of payment to the bank. They have been taking money from my account monthly but have not paid my personal loan. I and the bank have been requesting proof of payment with no results
If there was a 0 rating is what I would have chosen. Boston City Campus needs to refund me after leading me astray with acceptance. They now need to refund me R2500 which was the deposit. I have called and send them 5 times and sent them 8 emails and I still havent been refunded after a month. This lack of interest is unacceptable and disgusting!!! Neela Naidu
i made a booking through the Holiday Club on the 13 November 2019 at the Ocean View Lodge in KZN. I have since found that I was misled by the resort as the facilities are not as they were explained to me. This is a semi self catering unit. However they have a chef on duty who will prepare your food for you with your own ingredients. I looked at the pictures and saw that there was only a bar fridge in the unit. I called the resort and they advised that all the fridges have been replaced with a normal size fridge and freezer so I booked the lodge from the 27 Dec to 3 Jan 2020. I then phoned to resort back to make other inquiries not relating the fridge and I was then advised that the unit allocated to me has not had the fridge replaced. I called the holiday club every second day to ask them for assistance with no luck. I have now asked to speak to a manager and told that all of them are in a meeting. Every time I call the Holiday Club they promise to call me back but never do so. There is alternative accommodation at another resort and they refuse to swap me even though they are aware that I am and was unhappy from the beginning
