In July I bought 4 ant mugs from Love Milo, paid online and later saw that my account had been double billed. I wrote to the company with proof of the double payment. They assured me that they'd taken the matter up with the Accounts person, who would rectify the problem as soon as she'd done a Bank reconciliation. I have not received my credit. After numerous emails backwards and forwards, all with empty promises I still haven't received the credit I am due. T<br> <br> Sadly, I also posted on Love Milo's Facebook page, which was removed.
