In December my son on his way from collecting my Christmas present driving one of my insured vehicles got caught in a rain storm drove through a deep water puddle not having good visibility and the vehicle stopped. We assumed that the engine got water in it and called Miway. What followed after was nothing short of something similar to a crime investigation by Keegan Kgori who contacted people whom we are not even related to, to ask if my son takes drugs or if when they spoke to him he sounded drunk....because of course one must assume that when caught in a rain storm and then driving through water one must have consumed drugs or alcohol. Keegan completely embarrassed us with this line of questioning noting that there were 3 people on the scene contracted by Miway whom he could have done his enquiry with. After 8 years with Miway Keegan Kgori is the sole reason that I am actively looking for other insurance considering they treat their customers like Sh*t.

I had my fiat serviced for the first time at Arnold Chatz Fiat Craighall last Friday.When I arrive in the afternoon to collect my car, I was only then told that my vehicle was not ready. The service manager Yussuf offered a courtesy vehicle 45 minutes later got stuck on Marlboro bridge opposite Alexandra township fiat had not given me any emergency number. Sitting in my vehicle was as dangerous as walking over the bridge with my bag and laptop but needed to find help. I was however spotted and assisted by armed response in the area. When I called Yussuf the next morning to tell the trauma that I had experienced the night before being a women alone on the Marlboro bridge at night, his first response was where is his vehicle and what was wrong with it. Only other contact received from him was to tell me the clutch is broken and that he will get his key from me when I collect my car, knowing I had no means of transport. On arrival I questioned the invoice, and Jeandre from servces shouted towards me Vir Wat and then slammed his finger on each amount as he read them out. I have driven 2 fiats for 9 years with 1 clutch replaced after 4 years. .I wasn't even treated like a human being!
If you want really bad service do yourself a favour and call Unishade in Primrose. Not only is the receptionist rude and abrupt, but the salesman Joe will make an appointment with you to do a quote and not arrive and when called the next day to query the matter, he lied saying \I didnt say I'll come
