I applied for a loan on Thursday 4 February 2016, the loan was approved and all documentation needed was sent everything was good, the advertise \guaranteed 10 Minute payout\" which did not happen since today is the 8th February 2016. You can never speak to a manager and the other staff just says you must be patient. The whole point of doing these loans are for emergencies, etc. so what if I needed to pay R3000 to save someones life? They would be dead now since the payout is taking more than 4 days to happen. I have also logged a complaint with ASASA since they have false advertising and they are stealing my money, simply because at the end of the month I am expected to pay all the interest not the interest minus the 4+ days they took to pay over the funds... This is unacceptable, and if I am expected to pay the full interested come the 25th I will sue for the additional interest charged."
I have logged a call through the proper channels to get an issue sorted out, the first mail to the contact center was sent 2015-03-05 09:56 AM and no replies was received only after mailing Marius Jordaan the call was officially logged Thu 2015-03-12 11:49 AM. After receiving the quote and signing it still no technician has pitched at my premises. This is unacceptable service for a big corporate like Nashua. When will my issue be sorted out, or should I move service provider
