Unhappy customer
I am resorting to this measure due to the frustration I have experienced with TechniStrut. After a lengthy exercise of obtaining a few roofing quotes and performing my tried and tested vetting process of checking reviews on different platforms of the service providers I am considering, I have been left very disappointed. My house construction has been on hold for a good 6 weeks now and counting because I am waiting for my roofing material. My order was partially (trusses only) delivered last week Friday after persistent follow-ups on my end 2 days later than the communicated delivery date. Now, the remaining materials (covering) are also 2 days late from the revised date. When I follow up with the company Rep, who used to be very nice and polite before they secured the deal, he now has more important things to attend to than assuring a paid-up client that has been inconvenienced for far too long. I have been waiting on-site for this delivery that was supposedly dispatched yesterday morning from Boksburg to a village outside Pilanesberg in Rustenburg. At this rate, I am convinced this truck is coming from Cape Town or such a faraway place. Tomorrow, the 6th of July 2024, I will again wait at my house site with my contractors and keep looking out for this infamous truck. I will update this review if this delivery eventually happens. Thank goodness I did my project during the dry season, for I would now be counting hundreds of thousands of damages for my electrical work, the exposed trusses and ceiling materials that are out in the open with no shelter.

Reliable service
First time dealing with the company and I placed my order on the 15th March for a stove. It was delivered 2 days later on the 17th March. Only went with them based on the other customers great reviews which proved to be truthful. Happy with a fast, efficient service not forgetting competitively priced.
