False adverti*****t/Failure to refund/Leases are not in full compliance with the law

<p>The CEO prompted my daughter to pay a R1000 registering fee, deposit and 1 months rent in advance without discussing house rules or seeing/signing the contract.  After payments was made it came to light that there is no wi-fi availabe and as soon as she get a remote for parking she had to pay for parking, which was advertised as free.  The house rules and the lease agreement's term did not suit her situation and when she desicided to cancel within 20 days, the refused to pay her deposit or anything back.  The lease contract states that no deposit will be refunded before 6 months, which is not in compliance with the law and she was not informed about it.  She lost R6100.</p>
