Excellent service from Openserve

Unprofessional and Rude call center agents
Probably the worst courier company I have even dealt with, on Friday 27 Nov 2020 I received a message saying that I need to contact CCD couriers with regards to the delivery of my ABSA credit card, I followed the instructions and was put through to an unprofessional and very rude lady, who basically barked at me over the phone. I cannot believe that any one would choose to do business with these people. If I could suggest please send your people for intensive people management skills courses,

Bad service and unqualified staff members working for Multichouce
<p>I do not understand how not one person at multichoice including the debit order department can tell me one simple thing, what amount will be debited from my acount on the 30th of May, I have sent numirious emails and get different amounts and answers, no one can give me any explanation as to why a sertain amount will be debited, I mean really??!!!! I have Phoned twice now which also endid up being a confusing and hopeless situation, the last lady I spoke to at the DDP department sent an enquiry to the MCA and still no response since Saterday??? Can a simple thing like giving you your correct debit order amount be such an issue??????? </p>
