I app**** with them to have my debt review flag removed off my ITC and Jaydean one of the consultants took special care of me in guiding me through this whole process

She even assisted me in getting some of the clearance letters from creditors which I had been struggling with. She followed up each time and ensured I was taken care of

Be careful, they don't trust their customers
This business has absolutely zero trust in their customers and treat them like ****mers and ****s. Be mindful and think twice before trying to return anything. They make you jump through hoops even though they are the ones who make the mistakes. Stay clear

No response!
I recently made my very first purchase on CNAs website and mistakenly filled in the incorrect delivery address. I mailed cna as suggested in their website which asks to allow 24 hours for a response. No response after more than 24 hours on 2 occasions. The delivery day is tomorrow and it will be shipped to the wrong address. My attempt to call them has also failed as it seems they just place the phone on a side table and I am forced to listen to their conversation with each other. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN! I would prefer to face the more pathetic service at store level!

Bad service
