I have weak signal for cell phone use. Vodacom promised me 9 months ago they will attend to my problem speedily once they have spares! Nine months later and still not upgraded but I pay full price every month! I battle to phone and 90% of people trying to phone me can not reach me! Vodacom's usual answer will be: " A consulted will contact you shortly ......."
Vodacom refuse to talk or phone me and refuse to take my money for my contract phones. Promises that a consultant will contact me never happened after 11 promises. Wprst is the fact that Vodacom's Director refuse to answer my emails!! PATHETIC!!!!

Vodacom refuse to phone me after many promisses on HelloPeter so that I can sort out EFT payment
I am battling with Vodacom's useless service. I paid my phone contracts by Dt Order which Vodacom stuffed up by deducting monies monthly as they wish! This resulted in deducting thousands of Rand causing me to stop my Dt Order. I did not pay for months till these access amounts were depleted. I must now start to pay again by EFT so that I have contol over my accounts. On more than one occasion I send emails to cuistomercare@ vodacom.co.za asking someone to phone me in order to get the correct detail to be able to do an EFT monthly, but Vodacom refuse to and send an automated response to me by email saying I must use their Tobi **** that does not work!! I informed Vodacom that I won't pay my bill because they refuse to help me! They promised 7 months ago to fix my Vodacom signal as I cannot make or receive calls 80% of the time. Nothing happedend. Same as with their Vodapay app which were reset 4 times at my Vodacom service provider, but I still can not read my air and data time! PATHETIC firm!!

Ek wil my maandelikse rekening per EFT betaal, maar Vodacom weier om my te help en detail te verskaf! Vodacom het belowe om my te s***el om my swak ontvangs te verbeter by my huis voor 06 Julie 2024. Nog NIKS!!
VODACOM is a joke. I filed many a complaint about Vodacom and their answer always is that a "Consultant" will contact you shortly! I've been waiting 3 months now to solve my problems with accounts, stop orders and Vodacom poor or no reception problems! What else must I do to get Vodacom's attention to solve my problems?? Have their towers and batteries destroyed to wipe Vodacom off the Map?????? Emails are not answered! Their reply: "Remember this is an automated response ......." Their Tobi **** does not work!! WhatsApp does not work, (can't enter cell number), Web does not work!, SMS does not work. Impossible to make phone contact and requests to phone me does not happen. Every month they deduct R1007 *******ly!! Carte Blanche into my bank account and refused to pay me back or stop my stop order so that I can do monthly EFT. PATHETIC.....

Vodacom weier om my probleme op te los!! Hul steel elke maand my geld!! Hul weier dat ek my rekening self betaal en steel my geld links en regs uit my bankrekening omdat hul my verplig om per stoporder te betaal!! Dus het hul Carte Blance om geld by my te steel soos hul wil!! Ek is honger en het nie geld vir brood en kos nie!!! Vorms was ingevul en gestuur om maandeliks te betaal, Geen reaksie, en niks word gedoen nie, behalwe dat my foon nou geblok is en ek nie kan bel of besigheid doen nie, terwyl Vodacom my 'n paar duisend Rand skuld!! Klomp F... hoertjenners wat daar werk!!
I left Vodacom due to their poor and inefficient account system. I took out a new contract middle 2023 and my accounts is still a mess! Vodacom refuse to answer my e mails in writing but instead came with some other *** pictures and web and mobi and WhatsApp and SMS ***! of which none is working!! Vodacom has got their dirty filthy ***** hands into my bank account and deduct money as they wish. I am a pensioner and now I am sitting without food because Vodacom deducted double the monthly subscription after the correct amount was deducted last month!! I want Vodacom to cancel my contract so that I can go on pay as you go in order to spend my own money because Vodacom refuse me to pay by stop order out of my own bank account or via EFT monthly as my contract money is constant amount!!
