I ordered something online on the 1st of August 2022 with Shopexpress, advertising on Facebook. I never received my items and now I cannot get hold of them. The only details I have is: Regards, Alan Solarsh. Great service, unbelievable patience and kindness. Called after hours and never complained. Thank you
Chantel is always helpful and understanding.
Last month our pool pump went on the blink and we phoned around to get quotes. The pool shop (leisure pool Somerset West) came in with the best price. We negotiated with them to allow us to pay off the bill as it was R3200 and that is a tough amount for my mom and myself during normal times, lets not talk about how covid has affected us. They agreed if we paid R1000 at time of installation, which we did and they installed out new pump. I paid R500 at the end of February and then today 3 March they phoned my mom (70 years old) and their accounts lady was so rude to her and said she had to pay the full amount of R1700 immediately. My mom did not want to bother me at work, so she went in to talk to them about our arrangement. They were rude and degrading. My elderly mom took out her Sassa card to pay which did not work and had to go and draw her full pension, which only came in today and pay them R1700. Now she has no money for the rest of the month!!!! This after they said we could pay off the pump. I would NEVER recommend The pool shop to anyone, as they have no heart and my poor mother sat crying all afternoon, because she cannot even buy herself a loaf of bread. I am just making ends meet, with the bills and her money gets us through the month. Now my 2 children, my mom and myself have nothing. Thank you to The Pool Shop Somerset West.
Lockdown was in full swing and my income had be halved. I panicked and looked for a loan to cover my expenses. I came upon Compucredit and filled in the application form. This was the 5th of May 2020. Later that day, I realised that I was overreacting and should just contact my creditors and explain my situation. I then cancelled this application with them and received an email from them saying the Cancellation ticket was received and in process. I then heard nothing from them until 21 October 2020, almost 6 months later!! Saying that this is the final notice - FINAL!!!! - I hadnt heard from them in 6 months!!. I owed them R1200????? I have subsequently been hounded and abused for this money and is now R1400. I have sent numerous emails with proof that I cancelled and attached their "ticket" to the emails. I eventually got to speak to someone called Chanelle who gave me the email address of bongani@compucredit.co.za to send the proof once again. This email obviously bounced back as incorrect. I am at my wits end with this company and their bombarding of emails with "FINAL NOTICE, SUMMONS ISSUED" rubbish. I am hoping that reporting them on a public portal will get them to wake up to the fact that they cannot treat people like this. If this was my error, I would pay, but I am so sorry. Discovering that your computer ticketing system did not work after 6 months does not give you the right to blame the consumer, who did her part in the process. Lets see who responds to this.
I would just like to mention Chantel Jansen once again. She has been an absolute blessing and professional in every way.
As I said in my previous review Chantel was busy helping me with a problem and she has sorted it out. Thank you so much
Chantel Jansen, has been very helpful and communicated with me every step of the way. I have had a problem and she has promised to sort it out for me and I trust she will
