Please avoid this rental property agent at all costs, not even as a last resort. I would rather stay in a hotel on my credit card. They do not send you the water, rates, and taxes you must pay each month and the invoice does not come to the property. This is the second time in two years that we have received a final notice and have 14 days to respond, or they will cut the power. Don't even bother sending him the final notice, he just pulls up his shoulders and says you must pay for it. We have been paying money towards that each month the amount he said we should. Now we have an outstanding balance of thousands. They dont respond to problems. When you phone Kobus Smit, he never answers and even declines your calls. If you phone directly after that call from a number, he does not have then answers. He avoids the tenants and the issues at all costs. Their agency is dysfunctional and mismanaged. When i phoned him about the brand-new surprise bill he said he is busy with recons. How is it that he is only busy with it after a year? He is rude and does not communicate with you at all, does not respond or give you statements each month. Be incredibly careful they are scammers from what i read of the other complaints. It is very frustrating. They are property managers, but they do not manage anything and drag the owner's names and properties through the mud without a wink.
I was promised my internet would be active when my fiber line was installed and the router delivered a”plug and play” situation. Not quite that simple. Please stay away they make empty promises. I should have just gotten a Rain router. Im am not sure who is the worst Telkom or RSAWEB. Service delivery in this country sucks!
I have had my iPhone 6s replaced twice for just shutting down, Bluetooth not working and wifi not connecting. Its a common issue if you google it. I just received my replacement today and they still give me the same warranty as the initial phone i bought. Its clearly a problem with the phone.
