Cricut Design Space has so MANY issues since all the millions of updates from around February 2025. I have lost so many clients due to not being able to make the deadline because Design Space has an issue. Today, I lost jet again another client. Design Space does not want to open. As soon as you log in, it just takes you back to the log in screen and round and round you go. Tried to phone them 3 times, every time waiting 15min to speak to someone and no one answers. Tried to ask for advice on their Facebook page, but they don't allow any form of negative posts, even if you are just asking for assistance.

Hi guys. Please take a minute and go through your Vodacom statements. I just found that Vodacom has been increasing my amount on a data plan little by little. When I took out the data contract in March 2024 the amount was R249 and they have increased it little by little and now the amount is up to R300. This is what you call *****ing! Of course, you email them, and they don't get back to you and phone them and have to hold on for 15min and your call gets cut!!!
Yesterday at 17h40 we phoned Romans Pizza Hartbee****rt to place a take away order. We ordered 3 Pizzas and 2 Lasagnas. The lady informed us that it will take 20min. We got to the store at 18h15 and we were rudely informed that their electricity went off at 18h00, their generator is not working and that they have not started with our order. She then said that we should go get food somewhere else. We then asked her why she did not phone the clients that ordered to inform them of the situation and she then turned around, walked into the store and said something to her ***orkers and they laughed. We have never received such unprofessional and rude service from Romans Pizza and will definitely not be visiting them again. I will also be sure to tell people of our Hartbee****rt community of the bad service at Romans Pizza Hartbee****rt.
Discovery Health sent me a Whats App on 28 December 2023 indicating that my premium will go up on January 2024. I logged onto the website to see the increased amount. I then noticed that they somehow incorrectly adjusted (doubled) my salary amount on their side and therefore my monthly premium went up from R 1170 to R 2500. I informed them immediately that my salary has NOT increased in the past 2 years and I sent proof thereof by sending them my salary slips and bank statements on numerous occasions to numerous email addresses. I further more informed them that I do not consent to them deducting the increased premium amount on 2 January 2024 as it was an error on their side, but they proceeded to take my money anyway. I have tried to contact Discovery Health via phone, email, Whats App and Facebook. When you phone the call center, I usually hold for 20 minutes where after I am informed that they cannot assist me as I need to send an email. I have sent them like 20 emails, and just receive those automated reply emails with a reference numbers. I have sent them Whats App's, but it ends with me needing to send them an email. I have lodged numerous complaints to their complaints department email and still no word from them. I have also requested numerous call backs on their website but guess what... No one has contacted me! How can a company such as Discovery be so useless????
We have ordered a fiber deal from them over the phone and the consultant informed us that all the fees will only be payable when they come to install the fiber and router. We then received in invoice from them stating that the amounts need to be settled before they will be able to install and set up the fiber package. We then queried the matter and the consultant apologized for what her colleague said and confirmed that the invoice must be paid before they will be able to come and install the router and fiber. I then requested that they send me some sort of confirmation that states what we will be paying on a monthly basis, and the consultant said that they do not send confirmations like that. I would just like to receive some sort of proof or confirmation of the billing amount will be monthly before I pay the invoice...
I applied for a credit card online at ABSA. I was approved and they delivered the card to me. I have since then phoned them 8 times to "activate" the card as it is not working. Every single time I phone, the call centre agents tell me that there was an error on their side and they have corrected it but I have to wait 24 hours. Its been going on like this for days now! I've also sent their complaints department an email and still NOTHING!!!! The worst mistake I ever made was to bank with ABSA!!
