We purchased 8 X Moto G handsets. Unfortunately the one device had a hairline crack in the screen that was not an issue but became progressively worse until the device was unusable. This was not damaged by excessive force or by the user and since there were not any issues with the other 7 devices we felt was a manufacturers fault. Regardless-We started the repair process with Orange Online on 09/02/2015. We managed to get a pickup on the 23rd of February. We were told that it would not be longer than 30 days for the repairs to be completed. After the 30 days had passed we started to make enquiries for information on the progress. We were passed between various customer service reps (Daniel, Milen, Vladimir, Ellie, just to name a few we remember)Each gave the standard reply to just wait for the replacement parts! THEIR T&C's STATE THAT AFTER 30 DAYS , we will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund. Yet they don't comply! What really frustrated me was that when I eventually got hold of the manager he kindly told me that he escalated it to the returns manager.. Yet his response was to wait for replacement parts!! WE HAVE HAD 78 DAYS WITH NOTHING BUT EXCUSES!!! UNACCEPTABLE
