Excellent service from Mam Zoleka from protea Glen mall KFC
A well deserve 5 star service from the pharmacist at the Westgate branch,i last used my medical aid in Dec 2015 at the rival and the person that assisted me charged me for the next 3 months and now I cant use my medical aid ,but she spent almost an hour trying to get a way forward I saw it in her that shes is going all in I respect that although we failed but much respect to her I hope the service I got today continues throughout SA dishes branches
I don't think I will ever step into any branch that has the name nedbank after the treatment I got from the team leader at jablani mall,i was told by the team leader she is not willing to help me in any way as my account was blocked due to financial and I tried to explain that all documents were submitted last year Jan at Fox street while I as applying for my ke yona account but the jablani consultant tells me a different story from his team leader at first I was told that my account was upgraded and when the team leader came she tells me another story that my account was blocked due to a larger amount that was in my account.i regret opening any accounts with nedbank after all this is resolved I don't think I will wanna recommend or use any nedbank service all that to the jablani branch.after all the years I've been a nedbank member to get the service. I got on the 02/01/2016 I spent over 2 hours and to get told they not even willing to help wow congrats u just lost a customer
I was at the cinema on the 21dec 2015 and was really looking forward to the new James Bond movie the service was 100% I take my hat off to that,but problem started in the middle of the movie the cinema that we were watching the spectra movie and the cinema went blank and I had to walk out in that dark to see what's happening to my surprise the mall was dark and when I asked we were told it's the load shedding and they wanted the tickets I tried to explain that we couldn't find the tickets they told us we couldn't be helped as people were getting some movie vouchers and zee had forfeited our money I don't think I would ever rake any of my family members to any sterkinokor cinema ever I regret having stepped in,to my suprised I swiped for the movies for 2 but thank you for spoiling my date I
ive purchased a TV on the 29 Nov 2015 and the was promised the delivery within 3 working days but till today the has been no communication ever since and then on sat i phoned the store and was told the product will be delivered before sun 12 as they closing at 13:00 but since today no one has phoned or sent an sms to me im not sure if thats how you regard the treatment ive received from your store as customer service..I REGRET ENTERING YOUR SHOPS THE TV WAS FOR MY GRANNY'S 80 BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS SUNDAY SO I ENDED UP LOOKING AS A FAILER IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY AS I COULD NOT KEEP MY PROMISE TO MY GRANNY IM NOT EVEN SURE IF SHE WOULD ENJOY HER GIFT ANYMORE...<br> CONTACT DETAILS : 071 943 7796<br> ID: 9011095930085
I don't understand how or what customers service is people get ripped off day robbery I've been a victim of day light robbery I've got a subscription that I did not approve off I even went to Southgate mall EDGARS to inquire they told me it will be stopped ASAP and they phoned some helpline but im looking at my statement now they still charging me a fee of R20 for AIRTIME CONTRACT PLAN that I did not approve off I demand my money to be refunded now ive called the customer service (086033 2244) but the was no help.im being told it will take up to 48hours for someone to call me back. while they will be still eating my money I work hard for my money. I've been having good service from Edgar's up until this and If this has no solution I rather cancel my account and move somewhere else where this is costumer priority
