Buying a car is stressful already. Coming to collect your brand new vehicle should be exciting, not another stressful situation to an already very stressful situation. I am standing in the dealership waiting and waiting and my sales person is everywhere but helping to get me into my new car and on the way. If you care so little about your clients then this is proof of that.
I recently went to Yuppiechef @ Mall of Africa for Xmas gift shopping. I bought a number of products. One of the gifts I intended to give to someone ended up being an EMPTY BOX. A freaking empty... box... I had already left the mall quite late in the evening, and ended up having to drive all the way back to get it replaced. As I get there, the staff found the whole situation quite funny that they sold me an empty box... they then proceed to say that the last one is the one on display (hence the empty box) and I would have to take that. I said no, I'm not here to buy used products and asked for a refund. The staff continued to find the situation funny that I had to drive back late at night wasting my own petrol for their mistake. I'm disgusted by this experience, I always thought highly of Yuppiechef as a brand. That is now deteriorated. I will no longer support Yuppiechef thanks to the branch at Mall of Africa, and I would encourage others to do the same.
