We have baught lounge suits at home studio in Richards Bay, we have gotten 4 sets already only to have to pay in everytime we have to pay for delivery and pick up we have to pay to have scotch gaurded.. We are not getting any response from Grafton everest we are not getring any calls from the manager at Home studio in Pietermaritzburg. There is just absolutely no help from anyone and i am really getting frustrated. The set we currently have was R26000 only to hear the manager before the one now deleted everything off of the computer there is no receipt for the amounts we had to pay in. We keep hearing i have done all i can from the manager in Richards Bay Home Studio, Grafron does not phone back i keep emailing them I have email a manager at Pietermaritzburg branch only to hear we have to het the lounge suit back to them. How can yoy buy something from a company and then ypu have tp sort out the problem yourself, i have complain in April already to Home studio it is now already August with no help not even a phone call from the manager in Pietermaritzburg who is suppose to be the one higher then the one in Richards Bay. I just want a lounge suite that will last not break every year who has R26000 every year this is ridiculous, Grafton Everest is suppose to be a good brand and then a person gets this and the best of all is we are most of the time 2 people who ait on the lounge suite ever since we got the lounge suite we covered it with blankets because it is a light set i look after my stuff, i just want help getting this sorted out once my gaurantee is over then i sit with a lounge suite that i can throw on the trash this is absurd. Please we really need help i am absolutely done with this place.
Good Day I really hope you would be able to help my mother she was a part of the medical aid she went to the Garden Clinic on the 17th of July to the 23de of July she went in with abdomen pain nothing was done they then said she is a diabetic and then then medical aid said they where going to suspend her as she did not disclose that she is a diabetic, she did not know she is diabetic until she went into the hospital and they told her, They then phoned her and told her that she needs to get a letter from her Dr so that they can sort everything out they have not sent the forms to the Dr so they can not send the form, Yesterday when i went into her details i could not login as to they took her off the medical aid...We have sent so many emails and phone calls and get put on hold or we get cut off.....So they threw her into the deep water when she needed them most when they had to pay they pulled out and she has been on the medical aid since March so all those premiums that have been paid is just lost. Please we need advice or help we have tried everything from our side we even tried to get a hold of the CEO Adrian Gore with no luck..... PLEASE HELP Regards Dorothy Pretorius
I bought a Joey pram by game in Richards bay R2000.00 i had it not even a month and it has torn on the side the whole side i sent Joey an email and up until today have not received feed back,A person can see it is due to the material being to small to fold the pram properly.
