Is there any hope when it is the Founder and CEO giving bad service?.
MY REVIEW IS NOT AN UNPROVEN CLAIM. Hello Peter doesn't allow me to attach proof of Joshue threatening me to remove a Google review with proof (Google allows the proof to be attached). The communication from both Meta and Google ads everytime Joshue didn't pay them on my behalf yet he had R 11 000 in his bank account for this. Hello Peter won't allow me to attache the proof of payment. Joshue WAS GIVEN MONEY TO RUN THE ADS THERE WAS NO REASON FOR PAYMENTS TO FAIL. the voice notes when I was in tears because of the bad service, proof of Joshue accepting my business then and everytime he didn't meat any expectations he would tell me he is just a team of 2. SO WHY? WHY TAKE THE BUSINESS WHEN YOU ARE JUST A TEAM OF 2? THERE IS PROOF OF EVERYTHING IM GOING TO MENTION BELOW. IM SORRY THAT I CANT PUT IT HERE. I came across Aion Marketing around June because I had received funding from GEP for the digital marketing of my online apparel store. Right from the beginning I told Joshue the CEO and Founder of Aion Marketing that government only pays after work has been done. He did say he won't agree to paying for the ad spend. I immediately informed GEP. Joshue the founder and CEO of Aion marketing signed an agreement that he will provide ALL graphics in order for payment to be released.(Another proof I am unable to attach here) On 2 October GEP gave the go ahead for work to start. This meant that Joshue had to produce the graphics. He then told me will not because he doesn't want to be ****med though he had signed an agreement. I came to learn that signed agreements meant nothing to him. He kept saying thathe will only start work when payment had been made. This should have been a red flag but I still went on and made sure that payment is made.(THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE) I expected that now that the funds were in his business bank account he will start working on marketing my business but nope. This didn't happen. It became clear that one can't trust anything coming from his mouth as well. He would tell me that he has background work on the store when he had done nothing. This is when I would send him voicenotes with my voice braking begging Joshue to start work because it was the festive season and it meant I was loosing. When I got tired of begging I made a a review and attached all the proof. For the first time in a month Joshue actually did some work though I later found out how poor the work was. He then pleaded with me to remove the review. I naively agreed. I would have to pint out little things like him misspelling the name of my brand or a link on the website not working. It TRULY break my heart that I can't attach the proof. It would benefit people to see the work of Aion Marketing. On 11 November I received a message from Google telling me that hey had stopped running my ads because of none payment. I spoke to Joshue about this. He attended to it and promised me that it will not happen again. He was struggling so much to pay for just R 100. Yes that is how much Joshue couldn't pay though there was supposed to be R 11 000 paid into his account. He had also set the ad spend too low. Like for the ads on Google he had 2 campaigns running for R 25 each. Everyone knows ad spend dictates the number of people seeing the ads, so he was making sure that the ads reached very few people. I've come to realize that he did this because he knew setting it higher would mean he is unable to pay. 2 days later Facebook ads suspended the running of ads because of none payment. At this time I became angry and asked him to stop and give me a refund. He knows the messages forcing him to work. He knows that I was the one who provided the graphics for payment to be released in the first place. He knows that twice ads were suspended because of none payment. He knows that the links in my online store went to the social media platforms of other people not me because he didn't do any due diligence. He knows that when he produced mediocre graphics for the ad campaigns. He knows all of this but in his heart and mind I was supposed to stay, not be angry and accept it all. He knows his wrong doing. There are countless WhatsApp messages between him and I. There are signed agreement but he doesn't care. He refuses to give back all the money. In his world not paying for ads to run is giving service.

How I wish I was able to attach proof. Aion marketing MUST BE EXPOSED FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE and their bullying tactics
If I could I would give 0 stars. I received funding from GEP for the marketing of my online store. Hello Peter you need to improve and allow us to post proof of the bad service. People need to know and see the kind of service Joshue Menezes the founder and CEO of Aion marketing provides. He shouldn't be allowed to continue to do business. In June I found Aion Marketing on Google. I explained to Joshue that I will be funded by GEP, a Gauteng government entity and that it is the expectation that he will have to use his money and that the government only pays after work has been done. He expressed his reservations about this. I went to GEP and explained that my chosen service provider who had never worked with government before wasn't comfortable with how they worked. At this stage I was asked to look for another service provider but I wanted to give Aion a small business just like me a chance. How I wish I had listened to GEP. At the insistence of GEP it was agreed that Joshue will have to give me ALL graphics that will be used for the ad campaigns for me to approve, once I had approved the graphics payment will be made. Joshue was ok with this and signed an agreement accepting this. On 2 October GEP gave the go ahead meaning Aion now needed to provide the graphics so that we can continue. Joshue refuses though had signed an agreement. He told me that people are ****mers and that he doesn't want to be ****med. I should have known that he would end up being the ****mer. I told GEP and the funds were released because they too were asking for something that was not part of the agreement. All this time Joshue kept saying he will only start working once the fund had been paid into his business account, he didn't care that with everyday that passed I was loosing potential revenue. On 28 October GEP deposited the funds into the bank account of Aion Marketing. Though Joshue had previously said he will start working when payment had been ade he began lying to me telling me that he had done work when he hadn't. He told me that he had worked on my website when he hadn't. Don't even think that Joshue cared that I could see that he was lying, lying doesn't bother him. It comes naturally. Honestly I should've known when he refused to stick to a signed agreement. Out of frustration I left a 1 star review on Good on the 30th of October 2025. This seemed to do the trick because for the first time Joshue actually started working he even worked on. Saturday, little did I know that he was doing all this to manipulate me into removing the review. He begged and said since he is a small business this type of review would kill his business. Naively I agreed and removed the review. Though he had begun to work I constantly had to check his work, it was of such poor quality that he would miss things like misspelling the name of my brand on the banner of the online store. I would find that there were links that were not working. Never once did Joshue pick up any of his poor service. Because he is so comfortable with lying he told me that resolving issues with my products on Google Merchants would take months. At this point I had made peace with checking his work that I contacted google support and what Joshue said would take months I was able to resolve in a day. Do you think this bothered him? Nope he thanked me for resolving the issue. I reminded him that he had said it will take months but he didn't care. We left it at that. At my insistence the ads started running. Mind you GEP has paid him to do this, right before the ads started running I locked myself out of Facebook business. I knew that this meant that the ads running on the new page Joshue had created were not connected to my catalogue on Shopify so I kept trying to reach Meta support but they are so hard to access. On 11 November 2025 I received a notification from Google ads that they had stopped running my ads due to none payment. From the money allocated by GEP the budget for Google ads was R 7 000 and for Facebook was R 5 000 which was paid together with the money Aion charges for the management of both google and Meta ads but ads were being stopped because of none payment. I brought this to his attention and he promised that it will not happen again. Later I noticed that Joshue had set the budget for ad spend too low. In hind sight he did this because he no longer had money to o run the ads, I'm talking about a week after GEP directly deposited R 35 000 minus R 11 000 that I asked him to deposit into my account. I did this because I was not happy with his service and didn't want fr any money to be left with him once the month of November ended. Joshue was aware that I had no intention of continuing with him past November because of his poor service. On the 12th of November I saw the images that he was using we so bad. The graphics he had charged me R 3000 for was so mediocre I wanted to cry. Anyone knows how important good graphics are when running ads. I once again brought this to his attention. This is the person who is supposed to be the expert. I was managing a person that had been paid for the management of my ads. In this conversation he told me about the problem with the Facebook catalogue. I had known that the ads he was running was not connected to the catalogue on Shopify because I had locked myself out. He should have known about this, it is like he only learned as he went along how to run ads. The last straw was when I noticed that Facebook had stopped the ads once again because of none payment. Joshue had promised that this will never happen again. I then told him that I didn't want to work with him anymore and that I wanted a refund. Knowing that I was managing him, knowing that he had been providing terrible service and had brought me close to tears a few times he refused to give me the refund. Not only that but he demanded that I remove the review I had made. I now noticed that Joshue bullies people who leave honest reviews about his service so that a new person wouldn't know just how klbad working with him is. I told him that I will not remove it, in fact I ma now leaving another one on this platform. I will not be bul****. Aion and Joshue Menezes MUST BE EXPOSED. Joshue is a ****, and only works when he is pushed. Not only that but he believes that people are supposed to accept his poor service. He is entitled yet doesn't want to put in the work required to grow a business. I wish I had never met him. I have now taken the issue to CGSO. Joshue is fully aware that with everyday that passes I am loosing money with the ads not running. He doesn't care. As far as he is concerned I must keep accepting his useless service or else he will refuse to refund me, try to bully me to remove ads with proof proof of his mediocrity. DO NOT WORK WITH JOSHUE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING YO WORK WITH SOMEONE WHO THINKS GIVING BAD SERVICE IS NOT A BIGGIE AND THAT PEOPLE MUST ACCEPT HIS USELESS SERVICE.

Aion marketing IS A ****. Joshue Menezes is a bully who believes he is entitled to payment even when he hasn't delivered anything.
If you want your business to grow DO NOT work with Aion marketing. Joshue Menezes is a ***** and a ****mer. He lies, never does any work but will still want to take your money knowing full well that he failed you as a client. I received funding from GEP. At the beginning when I first met with Joshue Menezes who is the owner and founder I explained to him that in order for the funds to be released directly into his bank account he needs to provide ALL graphics not some for me to give the ok to. He agreed and signed a document that said ALL graphics not some will be provided before payment is made by GEP. when he was supposed to send graphics for my approval he then starts with his stories on how people have been ****med before, his not honoring a signed agreement should have been my first red flag. He had the opportunity to say this right at the beginning, I would have had to walk away because GEP is very clear about this. They will not pay unless the graphics have been provided. He initially agreed just to trap me. He is also very charming and believable, I created the graphics myself and the fund were paid into the Aion account as agreed. Even when the funds had been paid he would lie to say that he had started work when he hadn't. For instance part of the agreement was that he will do work on my online store front. Knowing fully that I would see if there were any changes he would say he has done work when he hadn't. Out of frustrating I wrote a one star Google review. This is the only time I've seen Joshue trying to do actual work that he had already been paid for. In a meeting he asked me to please remove the Google review because he is a starter up and negative reviews would kill the business. This should have been my second red flag. I'm a small business myself so I agreed. He then started running ads on behalf of my business. There were issues with the products on Google merchant and Joshue told me it would take months to resolve those issues. I was able to resolve the issues with the help of Google support in less than an hour, another one if his lies. I noticed that the results were too low for the budget I had given him. Going into Google ads I got a shock of my life when I found that the ad had been paused due to none payment. GEP had paid R 7 000 for google and R 5 000 for Facebook. I raised this with him. I also raised the issue with the quality of the graphics he was using for ads. on Friday 14 Nov 2025 I received notification that the Facebook ads had been paused as well because of none payment. This was the last straw for me. I'm trying to grow a business. I'm not playing games. I then told Joshue that I want him to stop and that I want a refund, I also left another Google review with attachments as proof of my journey with Aion. He told me that unless I remove the review and stop making more he would not refund me. He says that I'm making false accusations but will not post proof to support what he says. He said he wanted to resolve this issue amicably. This means him keeping the R 3 000 he charged me for the few poor quality graphics he provided though our signed agreement said ALL graphics, he also wants to keep the R 5 000 and R 4 000 monthly management for Google and Meta respectively. Even though there is a clear quotation where he states what monthly management meant he now says the work on the store was management. When I asked if he now denied that he said this is a monthly management fee he didn't reply. I would not have cancelled with Aion had he kept his side of the deal. Knowing this he refuses to give a refund. I'm tired I can't go on managing a person for him to provide a service he was already paid for. Joshue is lazy but believes he should charge people for his laziness. I just discovered that the shortcuts to my social media platforms that he created lead to demo pages I've never seen. When you own a online store trust is EVERYTHING. it is no wonder I haven't made any sales. Sad thing is I am the one who noticed though Joshue was the one paid to notice and fix these things. Unfortunately on Hello Peter I'm unable to attach all screenshots of our conversations and the documents sent to GEP but if you want to see them they are on Google reviews. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WORK WITH JOSHUE MENEZES AND AION MARKETING. I want a full refund.
