no response or feedback for over 2 weeks - grrrrr!

Asked for quote - left message and got no call back. Gave them another chance, and put my request on their online contact form. Zal came to house and measured, said he would email me a quote. I have received absolutely nothing - no email, no phone call, nothing.<br> <br> If this is how they handle the admin side, can you imagine what a nightmare it would be if you needed them to fix anything that went wrong after the installation!
