Am agreement was made that the company will compensate the client on full however they have not met with the agreement and still owes the client a full refund. The company doesn't have a license to trade therefore they committed fraud persistent in depositing more capital having the account handled by an agent who gets a commission when the client can do their own trading... They are now withholding money that doesn't belong to them.
Changing a 120GB day and 120 GB night with speed of 10 mbps data package to an uncapped data package with speed of 10 mbps has been nothing but a nightmare. Since Sunday speed shows 0.6 mbps and getting an advisor to resolve network issues is impossible with the waiting time that automatically drops the call. The self service knowledge base is not that knowledgeable and to get a ticket or a return call using the app really takes the patience out of you especially when a customer relays on Internet service to work, complete projects and have video chats with clients. Telkom please resolve customers query. This is not the service we are paying for.
Company advisor's are not complying with the law, neither will they refund the deposit and when the customer set an appointment time the advisor's did not call the customer back on time that was set. The worst is they have mislead the customer to believing that they will make a profit whist trying to swindle more cash to be deposited. When the customer requested for information to be sent where the customer has a copy, advisors don't acknowledge the customer complaint. For the first time in my life the company does not want to send the money back the way the customer deposited the cash using the ATM cardless option for a deposit. ABSA BANK had been notified however the company is still withholding sums that don't belong to them, even though the customer had stated that the money that was deposited was taken against a loan. Customer is now responsible for interest on loan amount. Fuel to run back and forth to the bank for assistance 4 X. Has well has open a bank account for money to be deposited and still pay bank chargers when the customer has better things to do in their time. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY CASH WITHOUT WRITTEN PROOF FROM THE COMPANY END.
