The Virtual Agent selling my details
I received a Whatsapp message today from an estate agent wanting to know whether our house is available to let for commercial purposes. I asked her where she got my number from and she said from The Virtual Agent. I have never heard about The Virtual Agent before and they had no right to sell my details to anyone else, heaven knows where THEY got my details from! What happened to the POPIA act? It's a miserable failure, no question about that...

Laptop Solutions out of business?
I have placed a number of orders with these guys in the past and was always happy with their service. Now, however, it seems things have gone south badly! Have they closed down? There is simply no response to e-mail requests on stock availability and it's also no longer possible to phone them! I'm not impressed by this...

Geewiz tops!
After being very hesitant about doing it, I placed an order late last month and after making the payment, the order arrived the following day. Three days ago (late in the evening), however, the one item suffered a power supply failure, which I reported to them immediately. The replacement power supply arrived yesterday morning, so these guys are REALLY quick to assist! I'm very impressed with them, in spite of the failure, what a breath of fresh air in a world where bad customer service is "king" (in SA, at least)..."
