Nothing but the BEST.
One cannot recommend them enough. They're not just a seller, planting their products on you. They are fellow competitors in the competitions and only sell the best stuff. Their service is unlike anything I have ever experienced with all my orders delivered under 28 hours since payment. Well done Peter and your team.

RUN! Don't spend your money here! Buy from the best, not the biggest!!
For "the biggest in AFRICA" or whatever marketing jargon that you use, your service is incredibly terrible. Try to be the best, rather than the biggest. From this simple experience I am surprised you are still in business, as I will never in my life recommend you to anyone. I'd have sleepless nights recommending you to my worst enemy. We ordered the Aircon unit with the Wi-Fi-****le. First the invoice came without the Wi-Fi-****le, and we were told it'll ship at a later stage. A few days went past without us receiving any updated invoice or anything of any sorts. WE had to once again make contact with you (which unto its own is a nightmare experience) - only to find that "it always ships with the unit". You were incredibly fast, even responded with two emails on two separate days when enquiring about a local installer. We've called and you're so diligent in your working hours that your phone lines just cut out at 4pm. Good company ethics, we're only customers and allowed to call from 9-4, before and after then, we're not your problem. We received the email "Out for Delivery" on the 10th of December. We had cancelled our domestics leave because we would be at work and asked her to stay on for the day. Needless to say, it didn't arrive on the 10th, or the 11th, the 12th or the 13th . Being the 14th and 15th is the weekend and Monday the 16th being a public holiday, we let sleeping dogs lie. 17th arrives and we phone (we'll, once again, we tried a good few times first - only getting through half of your pre-recorded boasting voice note). Eventually someone answers, expressing empathy for our situation and promises to get back to me as soon as the agent responds. Once again, it goes without saying, but she never called.
