TELKOM WHY WHY WHYY
Did an online application for new land line and new adsl line and internet. The issue that I have experienced was: I am moving from one house to another. The current house has a fixed land line and a Adsl line already. I am not asking to take over the current line i am asking why do i have to pay R795 for a person to just flick a switch. The call center supervisors and the managers refuse to speak to me as they just say sorry we will not override this. I recently canceled a line with telkom ( ********** 982) on this line i did not pay the install fees because of the above mentioned. How can Telkom do it once and not again and the best off all is that they cannot even check who has done this. Can someone with a decent brain explain this to me

Installations not according to industry standards and BAD service
After a very long struggle to get the people to install a new Geyser after Discovery has appointed them we are selling our house. An inspection was done and the installation that was done was not done to industry standards. Calling the service center on Thursday 6th of Sept morning 10 am till today no one called me back. Decided to call again today 10th of Sept at 10 am and spoke to a Lesego and i have forwarded the documents she required and when calling back she is not available as the phones are not working and then it came out that she was on lunch. This is terrible service for people that did not do their installations according to industry standards. What should be done for these people that is useless to come and correct their work.

Very bad attitude when a customer queries.
I have tried buying a car from them an there was lies from the begining applications that was done but never submitted and then they say that the banks decline the apllications they never sent.<br> After confronting the sales person he said i was rude and put the phone down i would like the owner to contact me regarding this as this is unacceptable

Ad on Gumtree for a car at a certain price
Ad on Gumtree for a Tiguan VW from Mc Carthy for a certain price i would like this car at the specified price otherwise this is false advertising.<br> Ad ref 152249163.<br> Spoke to a Walter Pretorius and he said that its a mistake.<br> This is against consumers act and if something is advertised for a certian price it should be sold at that price.
