I hooked accommodation for 4 adults in April 2020. Deposits were paid on time as was the balance. Due Covid-19 the accommodation had to be cancelled. I requested a refund. According to the website, I had cancelled outside of their stipulated time, but was told there is a cancellation fee of 25%. On the website (still there for all to read) it clearly stipulates a R25.00 administration if cancelled within the stipulated period. This was disputed by Sanddrif, however, I eventually was paid an amount. However, I was shortpaid by R485.00 and I would like to have that money refunded. I have written reminders. I have been ignored. There has been no response to my requests.
We had booked and paid for tickets for a show in April 2020. Due Covid-19, the show was cancelled. We have tried to contact Evita se Perron to enquire as to the current situation in respect of seeing the show or a refund, etc. Unfortunately, no-one in that establishment can, when you do finally make contact, can give you an answer. PD Uys has sold the theatre and we have come to an absolute dead end. We have been told no show until a vaccine exists (that can be a good many years) hence we have decided to request a refund. This has not been forthcoming either. We are at the end of our tether as no-one will/can assist us. We have all correspondence to support and prove the above.
