upfront payment
<p>i bought a Hyundai Tucson which fitted with a traffic devise from Mixtelematics. There was an upfront payment for 36 months for the devise, meaning that I will only be paying monthly subscription after 36 months. Mixtelematics is currently debiting my account on a monthly basis. I have written to thier customer care on numerous occasions I have not received any reply,but when I requested a quote to fit a new devise they responded within 30 minutes. This issue has been going on since December.</p>
