Cancelled the service yet kept debiting my acc

Beware of using the services of Tradecheck...,. They sold us a builders all risk insurance policy & now that we're insisting on a copy of the insurance policy (which they never sent) they told us that the policy was cancelled. Yet they didnt cancel the debit order or inform us of it..
