As a non customer but also a service provider who gave a damage report about an internal gasleak on a fridge, they wanted to know how the internal gasleak came to happen. After 3 possible causes they still can't understand that it is an INTERNAL gasleak and it can't be explained without tearing the fridge apart. Not anything about the client being negligent.
After ordering 2 parts and receiving 1 it looked like i've lost a few bucks but being patient a bit and waited to see if they will refund me and they did. So speed quip to me are not ****mers or ******* but just poor communicators. Thanks admin and Marewaan
I've ordered 2 parts and received 1. I'm struggling to get answers as they (Marewaan Marcus) do not reply to any phone calls, messages or emails about the refund of R2000 on the spare part which was out of stock. This business do not have an address. I'll have to report this case to the police.
