Excellent coffee and friendly service
Bean Authentic is a coffee roastery and a small coffee shop. They offer a variety of coffees as well as cakes, breakfast and sandwiches. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. You order at the counter and they will bring the food and drinks to your table. I like that they accept Zapper and SnapScan. It is definitely one of our local favourites! #SupportLocal

Empty promises and no processes in place to handle deviations on online shopping
<p>The half a lamb special for R59 per kg sounded great. I ordered it, the order went through and two days later on delivery date, the order was cancelled. According to PnP my bank is to blame for this, but PnP did not have any more information than this vague excuse. I was told to place my order again, but the lamb was sold out.</p> <p> </p> <p>A PnP representative phoned me and tried to assist and listened to my story. Two days later, she phoned back saying that I must place an order for anything and they will add the lamb on the backend (it is not available for me to add on the site). I did that and a couple of minutes later, I received another phone call telling me that my order has been cancelled again because although they told me they had half a lamb for me, it was out of stock again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been messed around. I have not gotten my order. I have missed out on the free order date for other items that I wanted to order as well and from my point of view, it looks highly unprobable that my bank was to blame for the mistake in the first place. It looks like the bank story was a cover up for a lack of control over the stock and order quantities from PnP's side.</p>
