Unsatisfactory service goods not delivered as promised

Unfortunately, I am disappointed and disgusted by the level of service I received from this company. I purchased a combo of Smeg kettle and toaster. Payment was made on the 28 November 2025 including delivery fee till today I haven’t received anything I am the one calling and texting on this no +27 81 798 7411. Today, I called and the guy told me that he has sent me a text and I checked but to my surprise now he blocked me I can’t get through that no. May I get assistance on how I can get my money back please.
