Food never received, updated as delivered but wasnt.
We ordered (and paid for) food that we never received but on the app it said delivered. Money was deducted from my account Your app and website is absolutely useless, it is designed to not help you. It just drives you in circles with no end result. No helpdesk to contact either. Will advise friends and family to not use your pathetic service.
