They dont want to deliver my parcel money

On the 13/04/2015 my fiance send me parcel from UK and the delivery company opened my parcel and they found 15000.00 Pounds the parcel and they say i must pay money to release those parcel and pounds i paid an amount of R11550.00 then they promised me that they gonna convert my pounds to rands and pay into my bank account after paying nw they demand me to pay R15000.00 to get my money and parcel i told them y they dont deduct from 268500.00 convertion that they made they want me to pay it cash the money that i dint have and i think is not fair to me because they lied to me why they took R11500.00 first without telling me that i am gonna pay another R15000.00 so they dont want to deliver my parcel and they don't want to pay my money back into my account when i tell them that i dont have money they say i must go make loan how can i make loan whereas they have my money please help confused Maria Masango 0724044217 and their number is 27632491482 is their contact details and my fiance is Christian Roberts his number is 447700308446 he is working in UK in the ship at the sea he does't have excess to bank or anything and for me to pay R11500.00 i borrowed money from people.
