Cloudflare is being used to hack my domain hoteyebasic.co.za. No support from Cloudfare.com

Cloudflare is being used to hack my domain hoteyebasic.co.za. My website hoteyebasic.co.za is from my private company server DNS name servers, transferred to Cloudflare DNS name servers, thus duplicated and hacked. I do not have the hoteyebasic.co.za login details at Cloudflare because it was hacked by opening a Cloudflare account. The nameservers on hoteyebasic.co.za are: meilani.ns.cloudflare.com, jaziel.ns.cloudflare com. I am not getting any support from Cloudflare, so I am forced to proceed and publish to HelloPeter com. I tried to open and account and even joined their community for support, but none is offered.
