<p>So about two years ago I get contacted by chance to try out this trading program from some company called ct capital.Working in conjunction with ultima trades to give users access to connect to the JSE to make or break shares.So they send me an agent,he explains the whole story and im like sweet.This could work for me.I sign a contrackt and he says he would get back to me in six months to find out if im happy or if the program is working for me.If it did not work for me they would refund me a total of 22K.the deposit I paid to try and use the program.Day after a technitian phones me with help to install this nifty program and to give me a rundown.So a months into using this program my computer crashes and i lose the contact details for the technitian that he saved on my desktop.Now im thiunking this is convinient because my financiaal status where starting to look grim>i took the program and put it away neatly for when the agent arives six months later.Well six months came and went and no agent.By this time i start phoning the office number to find out whats the delay.phone dont ring it switches off immidiatly.4 months into phoning and i start thinking u know what.300 service fee aint to bad.in january this year the deducted 1200 rand from my account without calling or emailing me.they have all my details and it seems like the details i have of them dont work.so i start taking despirate measures.Go to the bank where i wanted to forcefully end my credit card where they deduct thier cash.Bank says no.So I started thinking ***** my bank im moving.just before i went to a new bank where i wanted to try and get a lone to end my credit card for good my fiance tries the number a last time.for some reason now it works.so we sent in a cancelation of the product for poor service and i recieve a mail stating because i have not used the program in the trail period stated i loose my 22K deposit.But they will extend my trail for another 6 months.I dont want an Extension,I want my money back for poor customer service </p>
