**** business, they are *****ing money. Stay away from this business. I have cancelled my account numerous times and with proof it is cancelled. Their devices do not work. This is a very company stay away
Really bad UX environment, encourages you to buy. Yes its easy to use, but trading on their platform really feels more like a scam. They design it in such a way stating that your portfolio did well, but actually just highlighting it based on the current price the lat 24h. Yes you can change that, but only realising this. This effect means, that you think your investments is performing well, maybe trying to take a profit. Only to realise it is actually not so and you might be taking a loss. Yes by seeing your portfolio go up, you loose money???? Fix your UX. I would not invest in this platform as it currently feels like you are being scammed.
Spoke to Alta Glad to see how quickly Sanlam responded to my complaint about misusing my number, no one is perfect and Sanlam tries it best to make certain that they are following the correct procedure. This is the type of attitude I want companies to follow.
Unauthorised call, being ignored when I asked to remove my number.
They provide my details to other companies who are trying to call me illegally without a permission. Its a company you shouldn't trust with your personal information. The number that called me 0876542118, trying to sell Sanlam Funeral insurance. An illegal company it seems Easy cell(sell) couldn't provide me with a webite.
Quite a bad experience trying to sell shares, it seems their blocking trades. Can't trust them with my money anymore
Unhelpful in case of emergencies. I called the agent on call as it was during the weekend that we had no power, their response is that they are uncertain what to do and can't help with getting an electrician. They tried calling theirs and told me that he was unavailable and I had to wait till Monday, basically telling me we have to wait till Monday to be without electricity. They just don't know how to do any management. We got hold of multiple electricians and got one out, who is also cheaper than the one they would have gotten out. After numerous discussions with this company they just don't seem to care about people who rent from them. You have to resort to shouting to get anything out of them. They are also bad with doing any inspections going for cheap fixes causing breakages and when you complain tell you that you would have to pay for it(They toilet broke because of wear an tear and they wanted to charge me).
Bad after sales experience, when I told the agent I would file a review he told me he would sue me. Don't use these guys Cape Town area
They stole my return. Takealot stole my return after a missing item was found. i did tell them that they can come fetch the item. They then denied the the return and kept my money and the item. Untrustworthy company.
