We wanted to buy a mirror but there is no stock available as the unit was discontinued. We asked the "sales assistant" if we could purchase the one on display. She advised that the manager agreed that we could (for the original price) but when we went in to collect it 2 days later, along with our other purchase, the manager had changed her mind and decided to keep it for herself. The customer service when we collected our other purchase was also poor. We certainly will not support this business any further. Our previous purchase also left I stressed as the light fitting we bought was defective. Our mistake for giving them a second chance.
My partner and I have our pet insured with Dotsure for a few years now and we've had to make some claims over this period. we are always so pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful they are during these times. The communication is always thorough and the response time is very quick.
I have been a client with them for a little over a year and have had a couple of claims so far. The representatives are always friendly and helpful. My claims experience has been positive as they've dealt with it in an efficient manner. It is also really simple to make a claim and the turnaround time for responses is really quick! I hope that they continue to provide such good customer centric service.
