Worst pharmacy ever

This place's service has seriously gone down te drain. I was at the Queenswood branch today. I am pregnant with a urinary tract infection. First, the pharmacist insults my surname. Good start. Then he continues to process my srcipt without informing me that they are experiencing technical issues with their dispensing machine. Yes, they are reliant on machine and if this thing isn't working properly there is no other way you can be helped with medicine. Even in good working order, this thing is so slow, you wait forever to get your medicine. Only after my script has been processed and the claim has been made against my medical aid does he inform me about their issues and he cannot tell me how long I will wait for my medication. So I now have no option to go somewhere else because my script has been processed. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy. This is not the way to treat a pregnant woman!
