Last night I booked on-line for a movie at Ster-kinekor. After not receiving a confirmation the call centre said it was reversed (even though I had no proof) I had to do it again which then confirmed. (The booking was done so we don't stand in queues). At the cinema we had to queue to pay for 3D glasses and beverages and then stand in another queue to collect it which was even longer and more time consuming. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told 1st \there's no manager\" 2nd 'he is downstairs in the office' and 3rd \"they in Cape Town and if I had a complain I should do it on social media.\" Whilst in the movies we had 2 drunks with no ticket and already chased from pre-occupied seats elsewhere in the cinema creating a ruckus by talking above their voices jumping up and down, fighting with each other, drinking from glass bottles banging the seats in front disturbing all that paid to watch the movie peacefully. I then went and called a security (no manager on Duty) and he came and had I few words with them and left and they continued. After the movie when I confronted the security he said \"eish\", \"I don't know what to do!!\""
Hi

I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my actions, it was done out of anger as there was a communication problem, I am sorry.
In July last year my wife had a minor procedure done at Parklands Hospital and the presiding doctor requested Dr Y Vatharajh as anaesthetist. I later received an invoice for R13888.00 from Dr Y Vatharajh of which my medical aid covered R12189.24 as per medical rates. In October my wife had to go in again so I approached the presiding doctor with the issue at hand and asked him to get another anaesthetist. He said he will speak to her(Dr Y Vatharajh), not to charge over medical rates and ask her to waiver the outstanding balance from the previous statement. After the second procedure I then receive a statement from medical aid for a request of R13087.00 (all this for 5 min of work) of which the medical aid paid R2138.78 which was medical rates. the balance of gap cover (R8551.00) was paid into my account in 31/01/15. In the meantime the doctor, without consulting me first, has handed me over to a collection agency and is demanding over and above what the medical aid paid into my account plus their cost. Total rip off. Please don't use this ANAESTHTIST
