My kids received notification to collect their ID. They went last Wednesday and Thursday (5&6 May), not assisted, yesterday no assistance 12 may and today also it will be futile. Kobus of the DHA is rude and not helpfull. DHA only sends 1 person to tend to a very long queue? Imagine standing there since 6am you 21st in line and Kobus tells you at 10am his only taking 20 people. Those 20 people will stand there whole day for service. My kids lost 4 days of school, o lost 4 days of leave...you guys are pathetic! Being at the banks supposed to be easier but the staff is lazy. Kobus give the job to someone more efficient.
I received a scoop as a gift from my wife. When I opened it the scoop was tape on the inside keeping the crack closed so I reported and the gentleman said I should bring it in.I returned it expectin a replacement with my slip but to my surprise had to fight to prove that I didn't break the scoop as the evidence proves this. The manger said I must pay a hundred rand for a nweek replacementioned cause we broke it. I was very disappointed. To say the least.
