I can relate to all customer complaints about CompuIQ on HelloPeter. In 2021 I wrote an email to CompuIQ less then 24 hours after receiving the CD in an effort to cancel my contract because I realized that I would not be able to afford the product but also that the product is not worth the money and just to also find out that their aftersales service is like a hide and seek game. I only received my first and only statement about a year later after unanswered calls and emails sent after asking for cancelation. Needless to say, I ended up paying almost R10k through their legal reps after I refused to pay. I would advise parents to carefully assess their children's needs before considering signing up on a contract with CompuIQ because the internet is full of free and much cheaper similar products, apps and videos. I will also ask my child’s school to be mindful of distributing CompuIQ’s add pamphlets to prevent parents from falling into a trap of paying for a product their children don’t need because my child’s school teachings, extra classes and us as parent's involvement was more than enough to earn our child his pass marks in all his subjects through the years.
I challenge 1fourall to convince me that they are not scammers. Until they write a review here to convince me otherwise my post will stay here to warn others
