Poor quality photo's & unprofessional approach

What was suppose to be a special memory of our wedding day captured by Erna Loock Stella Blanca Photography turned into a great disappointment with failure for trying to correct poor quality and unprofessional photographs. As per our initial meeting and quote it was said that photo's will be edited and as she quotes \I love images with rich colours, clear crisp lines, matte blacks and soft and ethereal light. I adore dramatic black and white images.\" There is currently not one picture of my husband and I that I can say I am able to display in our home. White washed photo's, rubbish bins in back ground, no photo of our wedding car nor me exiting the wedding car, no group photo of all the family and friends at the wedding, pictures that has not been cropped that has random shoulders in the way when it should be portraits of us, random flower vases in the way and the list goes on. Endless excuses of delivery when Erna made the delivery date and failed more than 3 occasions to deliver without communication, when I contacted her there was always some excuse. Our non photographer friend who also attended the wedding managed to do a better job. "
