NO support after hours- you are on your own!!
There is absolutely NO SUPPORT after hours!! You can only contact them during office hours in the week and from 9-1 pm on a Saturday if you have an internet problem. This is very bad service, or shall I say "no service" for an Internet services provider! You should not start a business like this if you cannot give the service after hours!

Horrible Waffles
Went last night all the way to have some of their Chocolate Mud Pie desert, just to find out that they have changed the menu, and do not serve it anymore ! Ordered so called Belgium waffles instead for R60 each for a full portion ! It was the Worst tasting waffles we had ever had ! It is very thick and very dry, not crispy at all. The dough tastes very blunt, as if it needed more salt or something. We do not know WHY they call it Belgium waffles at all ??? The ice cream on top was also tasteless and not of good quality at all. What a BIG Disappointment Java Bistro Stellenbosch was !! Will never visit them again !!

Worst Panarottis ever at Zevenwacht Mall !!
Tonight was the last time that we shall ever set foot at Panarottis in Zevenwacht Mall Kuilsriver. We went there to have the Tuesday night special that all Panarottis , a Franchise normaly have- buy one Pizza and get the cheapest one free. When the bill came we saw that we had to pay all 4 Pizza's we ordered and not just pay for 2. We ask the manager about it and all he said was that they do not have that special anymore, it ended in July already ! They have a special that says you can upgrade to a larger Pizza. NOBODY informed us about this, the waitress did not mention one single word about it, or informed us that we can upgrade if we wanted to. All the manager keeps saying is that the other special ended at there branch and that the new special is on a banner outside. Who looks at a banner if you are under the impression that ALL PANAROTTIS are supposed to be the SAME, seeing that it is a FRANCHISE ? NEVER again will they see us again, and we shall from now on tell everybody about this pathetic Panarottis with there pathetic manager as well ! No wonder the place was so empty !! If you go to Cape Gate on a Tuesday night you have to stand in a Que because of the special that they have as advertised by Panarottis.
