Flight from Zurich to Manchester cancelled. Told to make own accommodation arrangements. Couldn't leave airport. Could only get a couch in an unventilated room, for 40 Francs. Re routed via Frankfurt to LHR. Luggage never arrived. A day late in UK and no luggage by the time we left on 5 July. Flight from Manchester to Zurich delayed. Missed connection to JHB. Not allowed out of airport. Given room in transit hotel. 2 beds, no window and communal ablutions. Arrived 23.30. Give meal vouchers but nothing open. Vending machine available only.
Following 9 emails, to 24 different employees, 41 phone calls and 3 text messages, I have tried to contact the GM, in order to have our switchboard attended to. We are a busy medical practice and the impact of not having a reliable telephone service is exceedingly difficult to maintain. We have been without a telephone service since Monday morning. What else do we need to do to get service? Why should it be necessary for a client to go to these lengths. This has to be the worst telecoms company we have ever dealt with.
Aramex advertise overnight store to door delivery. I dropped off a parcel at 7.20am on Thursday 22 November 2018, and as at 2 pm Wednesday 28 November it has yet to arrive. When I queried the delay via their website, I was advised that it is a regional delivery. But 6 days?
