ITC not updated but my account paid up

I am really disappointed and negatively affecting me. i have numerous times reaching out to Low budget on emails and i do get a response but they keep forwarding my mails to other consultants within the company. All i request is my account to be updated with Credit Bureaus. 10533/ 16597.
