My Mother Mrs Sina Sekgobela was invlolved in an vehicle accident on the 18th of August 2021 which Mr Veli Mathibela was the 2nd party responsible for the accident. As of today the matter hasn't been resolved and my pension mother is without her vehicle last communication McDonald's Sebola mentioned someone will be coming in between the 11th and 12th October 2021 to access the vehicle from Yardrisk Insurance all day we have been calling with no feedback. both Mmela financial services and Yardrisk insurance are horrible at communication and providing good service i will forever spread to anyone that i know regarding their poor services in this day and time.
On the 18th of August 2021 My mother got into an accident of which it was the 2nd parties fault, a third party claim was done by Mr Mathibela Veli with Mmela Finincial Service which they provded him with Yardrisk Insurance with claim number MML002165. As we speak the matter is not yet resolved and all documentation required were submitted on numerous accations. At this stage we were promised tha Mr Mcdonald Sebola from Yardrisk Insurance would come in between the 11th to 12th of October 2021 to still come a physical to assess the vehicle today is the 13th October 2021 i have been doing numerous calls and not be able to get ahold of Mr McDonald Sebola. I would like this matter to be resolved urgently as my mom is a pensioner and requires the vehicle to travel as well this matter has cause a physical as well as mental health for my mother as she is constantly enquiring about why it is taking so long for her vehicle to be fixed.
