SCAM!!!!! Ordered one automatic hand sanitizer dispenser (thank goodness only 1) 2 weeks ago, and when I called this morning to find out the status of my delivery, a Nigerian-sounding person answered. Loads of excuses as to why it hasn’t been delivered. Then I saw other reviews placed after I’d placed my order. BEWARE!!!
<p>We have had a policy with One Plan since 1 June 2016. Received an SMS on Saturday morning, 7th January, saying that our policy has been suspended as the payment was declined (please note that there is plenty of money in the bank to pay the amount of R245). Called and spoke to Vanessa. She assured us that the call was indeed recorded and conceded that the fault was on Oneplan's side, but added that we would still have to pay R100 to have the policy reinstated. She said that she would pull up our account, and call back in 15min. Needless to say, an hour went by without a call. My husband called her again - she apparently couldn't return our call, as the call centre had suddenly become very busy with calls.</p> <p>Yet again, she said that even though the fault was on One Plan's side, she could do absolutely nothing for us, and that our dog would not be insured until payment was received - we were requested to do this immediately via EFT. Vanessa said that she would send me an email with the banking details on it. I am STILL waiting for this email and it is now Thursday 12th January.</p> <p>My husband has repeatedly called One Plan, and each time, he has been told that the manager is in a meeting and will call back. Nothing has been resolved, no email has been received with banking details for me to make an EFT, no manager call back, no Vanessa call back, no other call centre person calling back....and dog not insured!!!!</p> <p>I think that, to date, this must be the very worst service that I have ever had the misfortune to encounter! I can only imagine what would happen if we ever had to lodge a claim!!!</p> <p>Disgusting!</p>
