After my initial complaint about bad service, it is my pleasure to thank Mr Duvenage for going the extra mile to ensure that all problems were addressed and sorted out in a professional way. Thank you for looking after my dad and his wife on their honeymoon. They are having a wonderful time!
I booked at the so called 4 star bed and breakfast for a honeymoon suite. My dad and his new wife had no electricity the first night they were there. No one available at reception and no one answering their phone calls. <br> Not worth the money and definitely not 4 star!!! When I eventually got hold of some-one on the phone, she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager..... What??? I booked and expected professional service, never again....
