I ordered products from them on the 13th February 2018. I paid a deposit of R4471.65. They promised delivery in approx 17 working days. I received a call from them at the beginning of March. The persons name was Richard. He explained that they had a flood at their warehouse and that they suffered damages so my order would be delayed. The was the last I heard from them. I have emailed on numerous occasions - no response! I have tried to call both numbers which either ring and are not answered or go to a voice message - "this number is not available at present, please try again later". I went to the physical address stated on the invoice and there is no such place. Not sure if this is a scam or if they have gone out of business!!
Belinda was engaged to install curtains and blinds in my lounge and kitchen area late last year. Curtains were installed in December kept sticking on the join in the rail. Blind not installed in the kitchen area. She assured me that it would be installed in January.<br> In January ordered more blinds for upstairs. An error was made and blinds were installed in the wrong areas. Belinda came to remove and install blinds in the correct areas, however she had overcharged me because of error and agreed that this was the case. Curtain rail still sticking in the lounge and still no sign of kitchen blind. She promised that she would install asap. In February she had personal problems and did not return my calls. Eventually I got hold of her and she promised to sort out the issue with the rail and install the blind in the kitchen.<br> It is now April. She has not been back. I have been messaging her and phoning her and leaving voice messages. She does not return my calls. She does not respond to my sms's. I still do not have my kitchen blind and I cannot close the curtain in my lounge area. On Thursday last week I sent her a message asking her to finish the job by Tuesday this week. No response.
