I went to get my license today to after some time i couldnt get there due to working full time unfortunately my licence has been sent back to naris because o have not collected amd i now have to renew again. Is this fair towards anyone. Having to pay again after your current licence has not even expired what poor service
I am very disappointed in the service provided by Nedbank, they just decided to suspend my card without letting me know, i still have money in the card and can't even use it. I tried to call in to find out what's going on, but yhey couldn't tell me what the problem is an said someone would get back to me. I tried emailing and had no response, Nedbank i do not have the time to go stand in the que at a branch to sort this out, i have a new born baby ay home and i need this mess sorted ASAP. Regards
I have submitted my uif application in the beginning of August 2020 and it is now 6 October 2020. I have submitted all documents required of me even the documents from the bank and the only thing I recieved is an sms that says i will be contacted in 35 days. It has been more than 35 days and I have not even recieved a single sms to say I must come sign to get my payments. To make matters worse is that whichever number you try and contact the uif department does not go through. I am pregnant and I cannot stand in a line at the uif offices all the time.
MR Price insurance sucks. I submitted a claim almost 2 weeks ago meaning I have sent the documents required of me to submit a claim , I have emailed numerous of times asking for feedback on if the claim is being processed with no response. I called numerous of times only for them to tell me the exact same thing. We are busy with last weeks claims and it takes about 2 to 3 weeks. My question is why don't they atleast give you feedback. The service is ridiculous.
<p>I would like to express my dissapointment in the lack of service i am recieving at City of Tshwane for the last couple of months i have been struggling with my water in electricity bill. First of all i stay in Eersterust i have been struggling with my Water and Electricy Bill since last year 2016, Last year we recieved the shock of our life when the bill jumped from R1000,00 to R5000 when complaining they could not even help us, we had to pay these obscene amounts which they could not even explain where they are coming from. This situation continued where the bill kept increasing to R7000,00 . This month i have recieved the shock of my life when the Municipality sent me a bill of R18771.45 keeping in mind that i always pay my electricity bill, when we went to the Municipality to investigate this ridiculous amount we were told that this is money still owed that was not paid. I have always paid my Electricity bill every month how can you just tell me i owe you when i have recieved a statement every month and paid every month.This is becoming ridiculous and i will need someone to help me with this matter as soon as possible , If i am not helped i will take this matter further.</p>
